Isolation problems

The mug itself is good, but after having it for about a month the rubber isolation ring on the lid chipped of a tiny piece and now it leaks even when not filled to the top.

Keeps warm as promised

I am really impressed that thw mug kept my coffee hot as long as it did. After four three hours I still burned my tongue on my coffee 😅 excellent!
